Homemade Tortillas

1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbs butter or oil
abt 1/2 cup warm water

Combine flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Pulse in the butter. Add water slowly until dough forms a ball, scraping sides often. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until the dough is smooth and elastic...abt 4-5 minutes. Divide dough into 6 pieces. Roll each peice into a discs.
Heat a large skillet. Cook tortillas one at a time. Flip tortillas when little brown spots begin to appear on the bottom. Total cooking time for tortillas....2-3 minutes.
