4 boneless chicken breasts
1 15 oz can pineapple, reserve juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 cup cornstarch
Put chicken in crockpot. Put in pineapple chunks. In a seperate bowl mix pineapple juice and remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 4-5 hours or high 2-3 hours. Serve with hot cooked rice.
